Growing popularity forces YMCA to expand

Just five years after its last expansion, the YMCA of Cecil County is once again bursting at its seams.
Steadily rising usage of the 10-year-old facility is forcing another slew of upgrades, including a planned 3,500-square-foot addition to the building’s northeast side, Executive Director George Patchell said Wednesday.
